Last weekend two days after the "Brexit" result of the EU referendum we went along to our local parish school summer fair to participate and show support.
It’s a highly organised event with many parents and school staff working well together to provide lots of amusement and fundraising activities. The curious thing though was that no one (so far as I could ascertain) was in deep discussion or intense debate over the referendum...

When our youngest learned to crawl, once he got the hang of it- he just took off. I used to be able to sit him on the floor with a few toys around him and check in on him every few minutes while I got things done around the house. I clearly remember the day when I set him down, got something out of the fridge, turned around, and he was gone.

Today I braved our first blizzard to drive to my local Post Office. I had to ship some precious Christmas gifts to our family in France, daughters, grand kids, brothers and sisters...

Christmas is the time of the year when we do not look (too much) at the expense to share our love and our faith in Jesus, our greatest gift ever!
