Him: This was a great learning opportunity. It gave us the chance to engage and discuss some topics very central to our spiritual lives together. I'm glad we got the chance to situate our marriage within God's plan for us.
Her: Just the chance to have important conversations with one another was very important. It has made me think about our approach to getting married differently, for the better.
Both:We sat together and completed the assignments. We have always had great discussions but these were on another level because we were learning and caring for God's intention for our lives together. We took a lot of responsibility for our thoughts and words when we were reflecting on the questions. For us, it was a great exercise in listening, patience, communication, and togetherness.

Him: Since I am not a Catholic, the courses helped strengthen my understanding of the Catholic Church's views of marriage and family life. It was eye-opening!
Her:I thought that the course was great. It was informational and interactive, and I appreciate that it made us focus on the religious aspect of marriage. It's easy to get caught up in the other details of the wedding, but this brought us back to the basics and helped to remind us WHY we are doing what we are doing! It was wonderful
