Not the Destination...

Marriage is a journey, not a destination...

Join the Little Way of Marriage workshop - free through June 9th!

It was 1873, in France. A loving, faith-filled, hardworking married couple welcomed their ninth little baby into the world.

Zélie and Louis Martin had lost two baby boys, a baby girl, and a five year old daughter already. So, along with her four big sisters--Marie, Pauline, Céline, and Léonie—they doted on this little one. As she grew, the whole family was totally charmed by this intelligent, affectionate, and strong-willed youngest child.

St. Thérèse of Lisieux  would go on to charm souls around the whole world for Jesus!

Now is the perfect time to ask St. Thérèse to show you her “Little Way” of love and holiness through doing small things with great love... in your marriage!

Because, here's the thing. Marriages can lose their warmth.

Maybe you're just having trouble getting on the same page with each other. You might have problems communicating. Maybe negativity, criticism, distance, squabbling, or fighting have crept in. Or maybe you've lost that spark and you want to rekindle the flame. So many married couples pass each other like ships in the night between work, kids, and taking care of the home.

It's time to do something beautiful for your relationship!

You absolutely can get back more of the affection, joy, and emotional connection that warm a marriage. That’s why it’s so wonderful to have the bright example of St. Thérèse, the Little Flower, to warm our hearts! Along with her happily married parents, Louis and Zélie, Thérèse can be your guide on this journey.

We are so excited to share about the 4-part Little Way of Marriage Workshop created by our ministry friends Nathan and Sarah Bartel of In this workshop, you will learn how to "do small things with great love" in your marriage, and you will learn which small things make the biggest difference to improve the level of connection, warmth, joy, peace, and grace of your marriage!

Before she died, St. Thérèse said,

“I will send down a shower of roses from heaven; I will spend my heaven doing good upon earth.”

So many people have received a rose in some way when they ask St.Thérèse’s help with their petitions, especially when they pray a novena to her. This workshop is graced and covered in prayer.God is truly working through it. Sarah and Nathan have heard so many special stories from those who have gone through it about little St. Thérèse coincidences and connections in their life that brought them to the workshop, roses or flowers they've received in answer to prayers for their marriage, and beautiful blossoming that has unfolded in their marriage.

Nathan and Sarah are personally praying a continuous novena to St. Thérèse for everyone who goes through this workshop, and they are sharing the prayer that they are praying so you can pray along and be part of this world-wide movement of grace that is lifting up Catholic marriages.

St. Therese, the Little Flower,

Please pick me a rose from the Heavenly Garden

and send it to me with a message of love.

Ask God to grant me the favor I thee implore,

(Here mention your petition for your marriage out loud or in silence)

...and tell Him I will love Him each day more and more.

(If you like, finish with a Lord’s Prayer (Our Father), Hail Mary, and Glory Be).

Ask for a rose for your marriage, and join the Little Way of Marriage workshop now—all 4 workshop sessions are free through June 9th!

Wow!!!  Yes, that is the correct word to begin this blog post!  I think I am still in shock!  On the feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus our country just experienced the overturning of an almost 50-year-old law regarding abortion.  Roe vs. Wade was overturned!

Every year on March 25th, the Church celebrates the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord, the mystery wherein God takes on flesh and comes to dwell in the womb of Mary. This mystery has always had a special place in Catholic devotion and piety. For one, we remember Jesus’ incarnation, the truth that God put on flesh and became man in Jesus Christ. In addition to this life-altering event, we honor Mary’s role in this whole drama we call Salvation History. That despite her confusion and the plans she may have had for her life, Mary gave her fiat, her total and complete yes, to her role in God’s plan of salvation.
