Oct. 31st – Charles and Maria – Archdiocese of Atlanta, GA “The course showed me the teachings to support my faith”

Him: The level of insight and information is an overwhelming educational experience. It's more than I ever thought a marriage prep course could be. It reminded me of everything I was taught and believe in our Catholic faith. It was reaffirming to hear all that the Church teaches and that we believe and live by. Extremely comforting, it was a true blessing to experience.

Her: The course is presented very well and gave us insight into things to be considered as we take our vows. The discussions were very though provoking and confirmed my desire to marry this man.

Both: It suggested better ways of expressing ourselves that wouldn't alienate our partner but help us to come to decisions as issues arise.

Nov. 1st – Anthony and Lisa – Diocese of Norwich, CT “We will continue to keep God at the center of our relationship and lives”
Him: I appreciated the honesty of the curriculum and of our instructors. It helped me reflect on the answers I gave and made me see things from new perspectives and realize things I would not have thought of on my own.

Her: It was very nice to be able to complete this class on our own time working around our schedules so we could sit down together and really focus on the lessons. The class helped us open up to each other about many topics we never discussed in such depth. We really enjoyed being able to sit and have conversations that will prepare us for marriage and guide us through marriage.

Both: It reminded us that communication is the key. We always had good communication and this reminded us of why that is so important in a relationship. We also improved our communication with God and we have been praying together more since taking the course. It has also helped us discuss very serious topics that may come up in our marriage about starting a family and contraception. We have really opened up to each other and we feel we are ready to be completely united through this sacrament!

Nov. 2nd – Joshua and Natalie – Archdiocese of Washington, D.C “I felt closer to God, and a desire to involve myself more deeply with the Church”
Him: The course let me learn more about what a Catholic marriage means, and was a great way to deepen my connection with my fiancée.

Her: The online accessibility of the course was great, and our instructors were so prompt with their reviews! We also really appreciated their thoughtful comments.

Both: The discussions surrounding the Rite of Marriage was our favorite part. It was joyous to define love for each other and really dig deep into the meaning behind the marriage ceremony.

Nov. 3rd – Tu and KieuHanh – Diocese of Allentown, PA “It gave me a deeper understanding of the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony”
Him: I learned a lot from this class and appreciate the detailed explanations of the instructors. There was a lot that I didn't know about the Church's view on topics related to marriage, contraception, and reproduction.

Her: I think this class really opened my eyes to what is the right way to live according to Catholic teachings. It encourages me to be a better Catholic going forward.

Both: We appreciated the instructors explaining each topic to us with a lot of details and citing specific passages from the Catechism of the Catholic Church. It really solidified our faith and helped us appreciate those teachings more.

Noc. 4th – Andrew and Erica – Diocese of St. Augustine, FL “It gave me a deeper understanding of marriage which was inspiring”
Him: I thought I knew a lot about the sacrament of marriage going into this course, but I learned much more than I originally thought. This course really shed a new light on my perspective of marriage and a deeper meaning of what a marriage means in the Catholic Church.

Her: I thought it was a great experience! I learned a lot and I understand why it's a requirement for Catholic couples.

Both: This course made us communicate and work together in not ideal circumstances, especially while Andrew was deployed overseas. Learning things on a deeper level has definitely instilled a want to learn more about the Church's teachings!
