Nov. 18th – Mike and Jonna – Archdiocese of St. Louis, MO “The course made me think more deeply about how I want to be a role model to my wife, and my children and help guide them to Heaven”

Him: I felt like the detailed explanations of the theology and catechism on how to have a marriage with God at the center was beneficial to our upcoming marriage.

Her: I liked the personal advice that was rooted in our faith, and I appreciated the relatable experiences that our instructors shared, which helped to guide our marriage prep course.

Nov. 19th – Kevin and Alessandra – Archdiocese of San Francisco, CA “I feel that this course has reignited in me the want to be close to God”

Him: The entire course was more interactive and thought provoking than I expected.  We really enjoyed completing the exercises together and reading through the answer keys and supplemental materials.

Her: I am extremely satisfied with the course. I appreciated the self-paced format, allowing Kevin and me to review the material at convenient times for us. I also felt the material was thoughtfully curated, and appreciated the wide range of sources that were linked for us to consider. Our instructors’ thorough responses also were very informative and often were the springboard for more in depth conversations between us.

Both: We have had much more in depth conversations about faith, family, marriage and the Church as a result of taking this course.  We have begun attending mass more regularly and are much more actively thinking about how to integrate faith into our lives together.

Nov. 20th – Christopher and Anne – Diocese of Oakland, CA “The structure of the course allowed for in depth discussions on key topics”

Him: It made us think more carefully about how important it is for the marriage to be centered with Christ. And how we can honor and serve each other. It's actually quite amazing how much help the Catholic institution is providing us in our marriage.

Her: The course ignited my desire to get closer to God and His Church. This course helped to illuminate that if we center our marriage on God, our bond and family will be stronger.

Both: It gave us a foundation to think about our marriage in a new light. We both realize that love and a relationship with God is what will sustain us and make us a strong family.

Her: I feel like we learned so much about each other, about the church and what our marriage should be within the church. I really enjoyed all the feedback and explanations we got back. I can’t wait to get married through the church and practice everything we learned.
